The project of creating a joint undertaking involves the union of several companies under one entity in order to take advantage of synergies and improve resources. To this end, funding has been requested on line IRC 2022 to carry out a project defining the structure of the joint undertaking, its position in the market, its business model and its viability, allowing the group to make an informed decision on whether or not to continue along this path.
This project responds to the needs of the Catalan sector, which has seen that the only way to compete in the future is by joining forces and offering a wide range of products under a single brand, as large international companies are gaining more and more market share.
In order to set up this joint undertaking, it is necessary to analyse in detail its viability both individually and collectively and to establish the necessary guidelines for carrying it out. This is the aim of the submitted project: to carry out a thorough analysis of the feasibility of setting up a joint undertaking.
