We have prepared an activity that combines physical activity, landscape, and networking, offering an informal setting to continue sharing ideas and conversations while enjoying Mediterranean coastal views.

On May 7–8, 2026, the FEMAC Cluster will hold its 13th Strategic Immersion at the Park Hotel San Jorge in Platja d’Aro. The Strategic Immersion is the annual meeting of the FEMAC cluster focused on reflection, debate, and defining the strategic lines that will guide the future of the agricultural machinery and production means sector.

Over two days, companies, technology centers, and member organizations will gather in a privileged setting on the Costa Brava to analyze key sector challenges, share perspectives, and identify new collaboration opportunities.

Inspiring Conference: Strategy to Endure and Transcend

One of the highlights of the 13th Strategic Immersion will be the conference “Strategy to Endure and Transcend”, delivered by business strategist and consultant Diego Torres.

During his session, Torres will share key reflections from his latest book Eternal Life for the Family Business: Strategies to Endure and Transcend, where he explores how companies can preserve their legacy, strengthen their values, and prepare to face the challenges of future generations. Drawing on his experience advising organizations and business families, the session will provide insights and frameworks on leadership, governance, and business continuity—key elements for building companies and collective projects that stand the test of time.

This year’s edition will have a particularly strategic focus, as it will be based on the conclusions of the strategic update of the agricultural production means sector in Catalonia, developed by PwC and previously presented at the Feria de San José de Mollerussa.

Based on this sector diagnosis, participants will engage in collaborative working sessions aimed at identifying priorities, detecting flagship projects, and defining new lines of action for the FEMAC cluster.

The Immersion will combine strategic content, discussion spaces, and networking activities, with the goal of strengthening cluster cohesion and continuing to drive competitiveness and innovation within the sector.

Camí de Ronda

The Camí de Ronda is a set of trails that run along the coast of the Costa Brava. Originally used to monitor the coastline and control smuggling, it is now a very popular hiking route. The path passes by cliffs, hidden coves and small fishing villages, offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. Along the route you can discover natural landscapes and beaches with transparent water.
