FEMAC launches Fem AgroTIC: a new program for women who want to transform the agri-food sector through technology and innovation

Fem AgroTIC will launch on July 1st, offering a free acceleration program aimed at women with entrepreneurial drive who want to lead innovative projects in the agri-food and rural sectors. The goal is clear: to support and highlight female talent, promote the use of technology, and foster sustainable, transformative business models.

The program, led by the FEMAC cluster, provides hands-on training, personalized mentoring, and the support of an active community of women with impactful ideas and projects. Over three intensive months — from July 1st to September 15th, 2025 — participants will gain access to tools, expert guidance, and a collaborative environment to help their projects grow and thrive.

Fem AgroTIC is especially designed for women entrepreneurs, farmers, livestock producers, and professionals in the agri-food sector who want to turn their ideas into viable business models. The program combines online training sessions on digitalization, leadership, finance, and scalable business models with personalized mentoring focused on innovation, funding strategies, and tech adaptation in agriculture.

Beyond the training itself, the program aims to build a network of female role models who can lead change and contribute to a more inclusive, sustainable, and competitive agri-food sector. As the organizing cluster puts it, “Fem AgroTIC is more than just an acceleration program: it's a movement to elevate women’s roles in agriculture and rural innovation.”
