La XIII Immersió Estratègica de FEMAC ha reunit empreses, centres tecnològics i agents del sector dels mitjans de producció agrícola per reflexionar conjuntament sobre els grans reptes de futur del sector agroindustrial català.

La jornada va incloure una ponència de Diego Torres sobre estratègia empresarial i empresa familiar, així com la dinàmica participativa “Cap on remem?”, moderada per Alberto Pezzi, basada en les conclusions de l’estudi estratègic del sector elaborat per PwC.

Durant les sessions de treball, els participants van identificar reptes, accions i oportunitats relacionades amb la innovació, la competitivitat, la digitalització, el talent i la internacionalització, reforçant FEMAC com un espai de col·laboració i construcció d’estratègia compartida per al futur del sector.

Brussels, 21 April 2026 – FEMAC took part yesterday in Brussels in the Annual Event of the AgriFood Pact for Skills, a European event focused on one of the major challenges of the agri-food sector: how to ensure the skills needed for the future of the sector.
